Chasing Stars Accident

One more photo from the "Chasing Stars" photo shoot. This photo has an accidental cigarette trail going though it. While it's not one of my favorite photos, it does have a nice looking signature of someone mistakenly walking into the frame of a long exposure shot and running out. The resulting shot still looks nice and I take enjoyment out of looking at it.

City Living

Living in the city is something I love. Seattle in particular because it is a very beautiful city and is surrounded by amazing scenery. If you have never visited this wonderful city please come out and see it.

Chasing Stars Part 2

This is from the most recent photo shoot that took place up on Stevens Pass. Even though there are only two photos I like from this unexpected shoot, it was most definitely worth it.

Two photographers, six friends, beer, champagne, sleeping bags, and a large amount of fireworks... One of the most amazing summer nights I have ever had.

Chasing Stars Part 1

Some of the most amazing photo shoots happen when least expected. Spending time in the wilderness... always a needed break from the city was one of those unexpected moments.

This photo was taken on a night some friends and I decided to go up to Stevens Pass to take some photos and camp out under the stars. If only my camera gear was easier to always carry with me.

Home...

The city I love and miss, Seattle. Just went to the Cascadia Derby game in Portland where Seattle came away with a 3-2 win. It was an amazing game with a great outcome and I wanted to put up a photo I took of the home I miss.

Walking to Summer

A photo I recently took of a few young ones walking on the beach hoping for warmer temperatures.

Where was that made again?

With an upcoming election, there's a lot of hoopla in vying for position as most patriotic : "USA! USA!", "Go America" and whatnot. But with a considerable fraction of our consumer goods not being made in America, I wanted to create a
"Made in       " flag that had an artistic touch and a bit of controversy.

I hope this inspires thought about where the items you buy come from. The first one uses the hammer and sickle from the USSR's flag with the American red and white strips. The second one has the same layout but with the stars from China's flag. Which one do you like better? Click on the flags to make them bigger.
